Barrett Baber is an Eastern Arkansas native whose soulful sound reflects the heart of the South. Growing up the son of a Southern Baptist minister just miles from downtown Memphis, Barrett was immersed in a blend of gospel, blues, and rock ’n’ roll that shaped his distinctive voice and songwriting style.

Over the past decade, Barrett has built a respected career as both a singer and songwriter, earning national recognition as a finalist on Season 9 of NBC’s The Voice. His authentic storytelling and powerful delivery have led to collaborations with some of Nashville’s finest, including legendary songwriter Bobby Pinson and the team at SeaGayle Music.

As a writer, Barrett’s songs have reached millions, including “Nothin’ On You,” recorded by Warner Bros. artist Cody Johnson, and the heartfelt “God Bless The Boy,” featured on Johnson’s follow-up album.

Now, with over ten years of music and miles behind him, Barrett is stepping into a new chapter with his upcoming album, a collection that captures the grit, grace, and soul of a seasoned artist who’s just getting started.
